Vad gör de på banken efter tre?

Jag var nyligen inbjuden till en av de största bankerna i Sverige för att tillbringa en eftermiddag med ett väldigt kompetent och trevligt gäng. Jag kunde bidra med en utbildningseftermiddag som handlade om hur team egentligen fungerar, hur var och en kan bidra för att få sitt team högpresterande och hur professionell feedback hänger ihop med det.

Det ställdes många bra frågor och våra diskussioner var både givande och roliga!

Ibland känns det bara bra från början, det här var en sådan dag. Jag hade väldigt roligt och jag lärde mig nya saker.
